Frustrated by the lack of true innovation and advanced solutions being deployed in the mortgage service industry, Rodney Cadwell formed AIMD Consulting with a mission to help clients solve this issue.

Managing a growing business in our industry is never a straight line to success.  Changes in the marketplace, regulatory reform, legacy systems and infrastructure, and organizational adjustments, can at times require fast action leading to less than optimal solutions to problems and opportunities.  This can contribute to inefficiency and the inability to thrive in a very competitive environment.
