Rodney Cadwell is a proven leader and strategist combining his experience in technology and business, to deliver successful outcomes, with over 20 years in Financial Services.  He has demonstrated success in both technology and business leadership roles delivering industry leading software, large scale data management, process improvement, operational efficiency and successful P&L management.  Rodney is motivated to improve the way businesses operate through in depth analysis of operational practices, identifying opportunities to innovate, implementing modernization techniques, and bringing positive disruption to improve effectiveness.

Rodney was previously Senior Vice President at Black Knight Financial Services with duties including Product Management, Business Development and Business Strategy.  He was the Product owner of the LoanSphere product group, and most recently was focused on Business Strategy with key clients and Big Data solutions, defining and driving revenue growth in new markets.

Prior to Black Knight Financial Services, Rodney was Executive Vice President of Asset Management and Business Solutions at Arch Bay Capital, overseeing a multi-billion dollar portfolio of residential mortgage assets.  He was responsible for servicer oversight, portfolio strategy and financial performance, in additional to managing the technology assets and direction of the organization.

Mr. Cadwell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
